We understand large entities and supplement the expertise of our customers and partners with our own expertise in project development, managing the design phase, and coordinating, leading and supervising procurement and construction.

Processes and project entities

We understand the processes and the property owners' point of view as well as the users' needs, which we make more comprehensive and better with our contribution. We can act as an independent consultant or as a natural part of our client's or partner's organization.
We are familiar with project entities and related project management. We know how to manage not only contracts related to HVAC technology, we are also able to coordinate and manage the entire project including other technical disiplines.

Understanding and cooperation

We understand and help to understand needs, motives, constraints and means, with our actions we want not only to succeed ourselves but also to help others succeed. We manage our own box, but we are also a natural playmaker and cornerstone in projects.
We are used to working in close cooperation with the various stakeholders of the project: client, user, designers, supervisors, contractors. Our strength is to understand and coordinate different roles so that, working as a together, they best serve the project and its goals.

Strong experience

We have more than 20 years of experience in Finland and abroad, from working in the following roles: HVAC Manager, project manager, Building service systems chief designer, HVAC design project manager, HVAC supervisor and Resident engineer. We have worked as part of the client's, designer's, contractor's, construction manager's and supervisor's teams, and for example owners engineering is familiar to us.
Our experience and know-how covers acting in different roles in projects, from the preliminary study to the maintenance phase, preferably throughout the project as needed. We are familiar with the testing and commissioning phase, as well as ensuring functionality during the warranty period, especially for energy- and air conditioning technically demanding systems.
We have worked with good success, e.g. in projects related to the following: ICT and data centers, industry and process environment, e.g. paper and pulp, mining, chemical and metal industries, offices, health care buildings, educational institutions, sports and exercise facilities, the grocery stores and supermarkets, demanding renovation and renovation projects and building technology renewal projects.
It is important to us that we are able to support the achievement of the goals set for the project with our activities. We succeed in our work when our client succeed in their own goals.
